Sharp Cheddar, Port Wine Cheddar, and Creamy Swiss cold packs are layered, then covered in roasted hazelnuts and almonds. This decorative taste sensation is perfect for every occasion. Our 1.5 lb half wheels and 3 lb full wheels have 180 days shelf life. Also available is an 8 oz retail wedge presented in a modified atmosphere package (MAP), which has a shelf life of 120 days.

Dessert Cheese Balls Sugar Brook has reinvented dessert. Our dessert balls are made with a combination of fresh cream cheese and butter cheese. We have incorporated many sweet treats such as chocolate chips, cherries, peanut butter, and pumpkin to create our unique flavors. Each is rolled in a variety of nuts or graham crackers to finish off the taste. Packaged in domed cups to protect and maintain their quality and freshness.
Cheese Fudge
Using only the freshest ingredients - locally sourced Wisconsin cheese, cream, cocoa, and sugar - we prepare each rich and creamy batch the old fashioned way. We carefully fold the ingredients together, allow the fudge to set, and then hand cut into 7oz pieces. This product has 180 day shelf life.
